1. Subscription Fees & Billing

Subscription fees are charged automatically to the payment method provided at checkout.

• Recurring charges are processed on the same calendar day as the original transaction each month.

• If the corresponding date does not exist in a given month (e.g. February), the charge will be processed on the last day of that month.

• Access to the TRENDBARK Membership is granted only after successful payment.

Annual Plans

If you choose an annual subscription plan:

• The full annual fee is charged upfront.

• The annual plan is offered at a discounted rate compared to monthly billing.

2. Price Stability

Your subscription renewal price will remain unchanged, even if the public membership price increases in the future, in accordance with standard industry practices.

3. Failed Payments

ITALIANBARK® reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Membership if a subscription renewal fails due to:

• Invalid payment information

• Expired credit card

• Insufficient funds

You are responsible for keeping your billing information up to date.

4. Plan Changes

Members may upgrade from a monthly plan to an annual plan at any time directly through their account settings.

5. Refunds & Renewals

Monthly Subscriptions

• Monthly subscriptions are billed per billing period.

• Once a monthly charge has been processed, it is non-refundable.

Annual Subscriptions

• Annual subscriptions are generally non-refundable, as they are offered at a discounted rate.

• This policy aligns with standard practices for digital subscription services.

Members receive an email confirmation after each successful payment.

Please note : No advance reminder emails are sent before monthly or annual renewals.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting:

Cancellation does not result in immediate loss of access.

Your Membership will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Example: If your subscription renews on the 10th of each month and you cancel on April 25, your access will continue until May 10.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Subscription & Billing Policy from time to time.
Any changes will become effective upon posting on the Website.

Continued use of the Membership after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
